ZJY series shaft mounted hard tooth reducer

1. Overview

The ZJY type shaft mounted hard tooth surface reducer adopts a set method that is directly suspended on the main engine power input shaft, omitting the connecting accessories and reducer installation platform between the two. The transmission gear is made of alloy steel and undergoes processes such as carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding, with an accuracy of level 6 and a hardness of up to 60HRC. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, high efficiency, and long service life. It is mainly suitable as a driving device for belt conveyors and bucket elevators, and can also be used as a transmission device for other types of mechanical equipment. The product can be equipped with advanced reverse devices to meet the user's need for one-way rotation.

2. Working conditions

a. The input shaft speed shall not exceed 1500r/min;

b. The working environment temperature is -40~+40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting.
