ZJ/ZJY type shaft mounted hard tooth surface reducer, manufactured according to JB/T7337-1994 standard, with a hollow output shaft directly suspended at the input shaft end of the driven host, using two types of connections: expansion ring connection and key connection.

The gear of the reducer is made of alloy steel, which has been quenched and ground to achieve high precision and hardness; Lightweight, no need to install a base, flexible layout, easy maintenance, and can be equipped with a one-way check device.

Product usage scope and precautions:

1. ZJ type shaft mounted reducer is used for the transmission of conveyors, bucket elevators, and other general machinery with suspension installation;

2. The ambient temperature is between 20 ℃ and+40 ℃, and the input speed does not exceed 1500r/min;

3. Please add lubricating oil before use. Generally, it is L-cKc10 and L-cKc220Z medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil, and the oil level should reach the installation position plug.

Selection instructions:

1. Output shaft rotation direction: "S" clockwise, "N" counterclockwise; Rotate "L" left and right (not labeled);

2. Input shaft type: "I" right mounted, "II" left mounted;
