ZHS series multifunctional climate testing laboratoryProduct Features
By utilizing environmental simulation technology, a large-scale multifunctional automatic control concrete structure environmental simulation room can be constructed, which can manually simulate the single or comprehensive factors of various atmospheric and industrial environments, conduct concrete environmental tests and related theoretical research. Conduct comprehensive and systematic simulation research on the basic thermal, mechanical, shrinkage, creep, damage and other characteristics of concrete materials and structures in the laboratory, as well as their quantitative relationships with various climate environments, marine environments, and corrosive environments, to strengthen the interdisciplinary intersection of materials and structures. For small components or large structural simulation models, the actual engineering environment can be realistically reproduced, and the entire process of structural crack cracking mechanism, crack stress development and changes, crack formation, and structural failure can be tracked and experimentally studied to achieve the analysis of laws from appearance to essence, micro to macro, and crack control research will have significant breakthroughs. Therefore, it is necessary to study the technology of concrete environment simulation laboratory, which is of great significance to ensure the safety and durability of the structure.
Environmental simulation laboratory for conventional weapons, vehicles, and equipment
A certain weapon testing center has a large climate environment simulation laboratory, mainly responsible for climate environment testing of military weapons and equipment such as artillery, tanks, radar, rockets, optical instruments, electronic equipment, etc. The environmental simulation laboratory mainly includes: high temperature and humidity laboratory, low temperature laboratory, rain laboratory, low temperature shooting room, high temperature shooting room, photoelectric laboratory, etc.
With the development of vehicle technology, large-scale solar radiation simulation equipment has been established to assess the performance of various vehicles under solar radiation conditions. The environmental simulation room built at the Austrian Vienna Arsenal Vehicle Test Center can simulate climate conditions around the world and meet various special needs of users. The experimental station mainly consists of a static laboratory, an operational laboratory, and other auxiliary facilities. The static laboratory can complete dynamic and braking tests under certain climatic conditions such as high temperature, low temperature, humidity, rain, snow, fog, and solar radiation.
The comprehensive environmental laboratory of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Kobe Shipyard in Japan mainly conducts simulations of daily temperature and humidity changes. The test samples are subjected to environmental tests such as rain, snow, fog, and solar radiation, as well as acid rain, acid mist, and suspended particles in solid and liquid environments, and comprehensive environmental tests. The Raytheon Building Environment Laboratory of Massachusetts Defense Aviation Industry Corporation is capable of conducting high-precision, high-intensity static, dynamic, climatic, and comprehensive environmental testing research.
Building Material Environment Simulation Laboratory
The application of environmental simulation technology for environmental testing of concrete is a new and exploratory work. China University of Mining and Technology built an artificial climate chamber in the late 1990s to simulate industrial corrosion environments under different climatic conditions and conduct concrete durability testing. The constructed artificial climate chamber, including the air conditioning room, covers a total area of 55.8m2The artificial climate chamber used for the experiment is 6m long, m wide, and 3.2m high. The artificial climate chamber can simulate the temperature, humidity, sunlight, rain, salt spray, atmosphere, and other environmental CO in the natural environment within a certain range2、 SO2Gas. The laboratory uses a unit to complete the functions of refrigeration, heating, dehumidification, and humidification, supplemented by a self-made drawer type silicone dehumidifier for auxiliary deep dehumidification; Using simple radiation lamps to simulate sunlight; Arrange spray pipes and jet pipes in the laboratory to inject salt spray and low concentration CO2、 SO2Gas, etc.
According to the various environments to be simulated, artificial climate chambers have special requirements in terms of technology and construction. In order to meet the thermal insulation requirements, the wall of the climate room is a double 120mm thick brick wall with a damp proof layer, embedded with 120mm thick polystyrene foam insulation board, and the inner wall is plastered with epoxy mortar; 120m thick hollow slab plus 120mm thick polyethylene foam insulation board shall be used for the floor slab; The ground structure is designed as 100mm thick concrete cushion, 200mm thick foam concrete insulation layer in the middle, and 100mm thick concrete surface layer in the upper part; And adopt double-layer insulation doors. In order to facilitate the observation of indoor conditions, a fixed double-layer glass observation window has been installed on one wall. The main unit of the artificial climate chamber is placed in the computer room, and the air-cooled condenser is placed outdoors. The layout of indoor units is compact and reasonable, fully considering the requirements of space utilization and ease of maintenance. The airflow organization of the artificial climate chamber adopts an upward return type. In addition to the air supply and return ducts, a dedicated exhaust pipe is also set up for the ventilation of the climate chamber at the end of the experiment. The design of air conditioning refrigeration systems differs significantly from conventional air conditioning refrigeration in terms of technical requirements, system form, and design methods. Due to financial constraints, it is difficult to fully meet the process requirements, especially for the treatment of low temperature and low humidity, as well as high temperature and high humidity. The simulation of corrosive environments undoubtedly places higher demands on the anti-corrosion of the unit, requiring the use of anti-corrosion equipment and effective anti-corrosion measures.
People need to install temperature and humidity sensors indoors and remotely control them through a computer located in the control room. The unit is also equipped with a programmable controller for control, which can also be manually controlled.

6Conclusion
Environmental simulation laboratories can provide people with a way to break free from natural laws and simulate various ideal environments subjectively from time to space, serving scientific experiments. Simulating various actual environmental effects in the laboratory, studying and assessing the environmental effects of experimental objects such as materials, structures, or equipment on the environment, can obtain the characteristics and environmental adaptability of experimental objects under various environmental conditions.
At present, environmental simulation technology has matured. Using single factor environmental simulation tests, such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, sand and dust, salt spray, rain, wind, solar radiation, space environment simulation tests, as well as mechanical environment simulation tests such as static load, vibration, and impact, it is easy to identify the impact of a single environmental factor on structural performance; Comprehensive environmental simulation refers to a simulation experiment in which two or more environmental parameters act simultaneously, which can realistically simulate the actual impact of the comprehensive environment on the experimental object, increasing the authenticity and reliability of the experiment. There have also been various environmental testing standards for various research fields both domestically and internationally. However, in practical applications, it is necessary to carry out tasks such as cutting test standards and screening test stresses to obtain more reliable and applicable test results.
It is completely feasible to establish an environmental simulation laboratory for concrete materials and structures using environmental simulation technology. The various environmental indicators required for the durability, early characteristics, and crack control research of concrete structures, such as climate environment, industrial corrosion environment, marine erosion environment, etc., can all be achieved. Therefore, conducting research on the technology of concrete structure environment simulation laboratory and exploring the key technologies of concrete structure environment simulation testing in depth will surely build a high standard and high-level concrete structure testing research platform, and promote the development of concrete related disciplines.
