Product Details

ZGS8000Water cooling leakage current testerProduct Introduction

The ZGS8000 series high-capacity DC high-voltage generator is designed and manufactured specifically for leakage current and DC withstand voltage testing of water-cooled generators. The guiding principles for design and manufacturing are as follows:

1. Due to the large conducted current in the windings of large water-cooled generators, it varies from 20-200mA under test voltage. If there is no DC high-voltage generator with sufficient capacity, it is impossible to boost the voltage.

2. At present, the output current of domestic DC high-voltage testers is generally within 10mA, and high-voltage generators with an output current of 200mA are considered blank.

3. For high-voltage electrical equipment, the DC test team can detect insulation penetration defects, while for motors, it can detect local insulation defects (insulation at the end of the stator coil), which cannot be replaced by other tests.

4. In order to accurately measure the leakage current of water-cooled generator sets, the ZGS8000 series high-voltage generator is specially designed with compensation circuits for various interference currents. During the test, the interference of stray currents and polarization potential of the water collection pipe can be eliminated, and the current of the test sample can be truly measured.

5. The ZGS8000 series DC high voltage generator adopts an intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit. *The applied PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices. And according to the theory of electromagnetic compatibility, special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures are adopted. The DC high-voltage generator achieves high quality, portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.

ZGS8000Water cooling leakage current testerProduct usage requirements

1. The use of DC high voltage generators requires professional personnel with a "high voltage test certificate".

2. The use of this instrument must comply with Article 168 of the Electricity Safety Regulations, and two obvious disconnection points must be installed before the working power supply enters the tester. When replacing the test sample and wiring, the two power disconnection points should be clearly disconnected first.

3. Please check if all test wiring is properly connected before the experiment. Check if the grounding wire of the test circuit is secure.

4. Apply ZV discharge resistance rod to discharge the large capacitance test sample. When discharging, the discharge rod should not be immediately in contact with the test sample. Instead, the discharge rod should be gradually brought closer to the test sample until it reaches a certain distance from the air gap and begins to discharge freely, with a hissing sound. When there is no sound, a discharge rod can be used to discharge, and Z can be directly connected to the ground wire for discharge.

5. When the DC voltage is 200KV or above, although the test personnel wear insulated shoes and are located outside the safe distance, the distribution of high-voltage DC ion space electric field will cause different DC potentials on several nearby standing human bodies. Test personnel should not shake hands with each other or touch the grounding body with their hands, otherwise there may be slight electric shock. This phenomenon is more obvious in dry areas and winter, but due to the low energy, it generally does not cause harm to the human body.
