Operating procedures for gas bath constant temperature oscillator:
1. Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, ventilated and dry (avoiding interference from heat sources).
3. Before and after using the instrument, first place the speed control knob in the small position and turn on the "oscillation switch".
4. Fill the culture test bottle. In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture medium in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
5. The timing for turning on the power is normally closed, and the timing for the entire machine's power supply within 2 hours can be set according to work needs.
6. Turn on the oscillation switch and select the reciprocating, rotating, or slow adjustment speed knob to achieve the desired speed.
7. Turn on the temperature control source switch, and after about 1 minute, the red digital display on the upper row of the instrument panel will be 400, and the lower row will be 0.0. After 30 seconds of rest, the upper row will display the current actual temperature, and the lower row will display the set temperature. Before leaving the factory, test the machine setting. To change the set temperature, press the/SET key to display the SP character on the upper row, and press the ▼ or ▲ key to display the desired set temperature on the lower row. Then press the/SET key twice to return to the upper actual temperature state, and the instrument will start heating up after a few seconds.
