Machine Overview

This type of machine is suitable for processing natural or colored flat pockets of various grades of HDPE, LDPE and other cylindrical plastic films (applicable to pharmaceutical bags, vacuum bags, etc.).

The feature of this machine is to reduce the stretching phenomenon of film bag sealing during operation.

Capable of processing bags with a welding width of 1-15mm for film bags, increasing the welding strength of the bags.

Adopting a computer-controlled servo motor structure (three servos).

The flying blade structure (servo motor control) replaces the upper and lower cutting blade structure.

The upper and lower parts of the welding knife are controlled by servo motors (optional).

Electric eye tracking of color printing film color code, more accurate positioning of graphics and text.

Set the bag length and speed on the computer. Less waste and simpler operation.

Equipped with automation functions such as feeding, sealing and cutting, counting, discharging, and reporting.

No material shutdown function, constant tension during unwinding.
