ZA typePetrochemical process pumpFor single-stage single suction cantilever volute pump, the product complies with standard API610, VDMA24297 (light/medium), the pump body is foot supported, single suction impeller, axial suction, radial discharge. Axial force is balanced hydraulically using front and rear mouth rings and balance holes. The shaft seal can be a mechanical seal, which can be a single end or double end balanced container type, or a packing seal can be used. Mechanical seals are equipped with cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid systems, and the sealed piping system is designed according to API specifications. The suction and discharge flanges can be designed according to GB, DIN, and ANSI standards.

ZA typePetrochemical process pumpThe structure is a single-stage single suction cantilever with a rear opening door, so there is no need to disassemble the suction and discharge pipelines when repairing the pump. After removing the pump cover, the suspension and rotor components can be extracted from the pump body, making maintenance work very convenient. There is a sealing ring on the rear cover plate of the impeller, which can basically balance the axial force, and the residual unbalanced force is borne by the thrust bearing. The bearing is a ball bearing lubricated with oil, and the oil ring lifts the oil and can automatically control the oil level. When the working temperature is below 250 ℃, the suspension does not need to be cooled. When the working temperature is above 250 ℃~450 ℃, the suspension is air-cooled or water-cooled. According to different situations, some pumps have a double volute structure, while others have a single volute structure. The shaft seal can be sealed with packing or with a single or double end mechanical seal, and is equipped with a cooling, flushing, or sealing fluid system. Directly driven by an electric motor, connected to the motor through a coupling.
