Ordering Notice:
1、 You need to provide the flow rate (Q), head (H), and medium when ordering the product. And indicate the flammability, explosiveness, toxicity, corrosiveness, crystallinity of the medium, and whether the sealing liquid is allowed to penetrate into the medium.
2、 If you have special requirements for the prime mover, you should specify the application site conditions, ambient temperature, installation location and category (explosion-proof, fireproof, etc. requirements), voltage level, etc.
3、 When the usage situation is very important or the environment is complex, please provide design drawings and detailed parameters as much as possible, and our technical experts at Qinquan Pump Valve will review and control them for you.
4When the performance of the pump significantly decreases after long-term operation, it should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts (bearings, impellers, impeller sealing rings, guide vane sleeves, shaft seals, etc.) should be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
5Oil should be added to the bearings every 500 hours of pump operation.
VIWater leakage caused by packing type sealing is a normal phenomenon.
