Yixing LNG (liquefied natural gas) station automatic control system

The "Yixing LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) Station Automatic Control System" mainly collects and monitors LNG storage tank pressure, liquid level, temperature, vaporizer inlet and outlet temperature, heater outlet temperature, electromagnetic valve status, low-temperature monitoring of various production areas, low concentration monitoring of combustible gases, flame detection and alarm, outlet gas temperature, pressure and flow rate, and uses the above parameter changes for interlocking control, fire linkage and emergency shutdown to ensure reasonable optimization of gas supply and safe and efficient production.

The "Yixing LNG (liquefied natural gas) station self-control system" consists of a computer human-machine interface interaction (HMI) system, PLC data acquisition and monitoring system, fire and gas alarm system, ESD emergency shutdown system, digital network, and communication system.
