1. High positioning accuracy

5. Easy assembly and interchangeability
When assembling Yintai rails, simply mill or grind the assembly surface of the rails on the table, and follow the recommended steps to fix the rails and sliders to the machine with specific torque, which can reproduce the high precision during processing. Traditional sliding guidance requires scratching the running track, which is both laborious and time-consuming, and once the machine accuracy is poor, it must be scratched again. Linear guides have interchangeability, allowing for the replacement of sliders, guides, or even linear guide groups separately, allowing the machine to regain high-precision guidance.
