The YTSL-X series box type substation/branch box comprehensive monitoring device (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a comprehensive monitoring device designed by our company based on years of practical operation experience. This monitoring device is widely used in outdoor equipment such as box type substations and branch boxes.
Box type substations, branch boxes and other equipment operate outdoors for a long time, and are widely distributed and unmanned. This brings many problems to the management and operation of equipment, such as how to solve fire prevention, waterproofing, theft prevention, and small animal protection, how to prevent insulation reduction and mechanism corrosion caused by condensation inside the box, how to detect equipment operation faults (poor electrical connections, busbar faults, transformer overheating) in a timely manner, especially when the connection between street lamps and construction box transformers is long, and the problem of disorderly splicing and leakage during the construction process is very obvious.
In this context, our company has developed the latest intelligent box transformer/branch box monitoring system, which adopts the latest online monitoring technology, communication technology, and computer technology designed for the monitoring system. By installing various sensors, monitoring devices, and cameras inside the equipment, the operation of the site is monitored. The monitored data is transmitted to the monitoring computer or sent to the administrator via mobile communication network or high-power radio. The data from each monitoring point is recorded, classified, saved, and judged through computer software, extracting valuable information for users, helping them manage several devices, and reducing labor costs.
This monitoring system has the characteristics of stable and reliable operation, low investment, and low operating costs. At the same time, it can help users detect potential faults in advance, reduce fault losses, save labor costs, improve problem-solving speed, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.

Environmental temperature and humidity measurement and control. Measure the temperature and humidity values inside the measurement box, and prevent condensation inside the box by controlling heating, dehumidification, or ventilation equipment to prevent excessive temperature inside the box from affecting the normal operation of the equipment.
Transformer temperature measurement and control. Monitor the temperature of the transformer, activate the cooling device when the temperature is too high, and control the device when the temperature exceeds the limit.
Smoke detection. When electrical equipment malfunctions, smoke is usually generated. Through smoke detection, faults can be detected in a timely manner to reduce losses.
Water immersion detection. Due to heavy rain or pipeline blockage, it is easy to cause waterlogging. Through water immersion detection technology, hidden dangers can be discovered to reduce short circuits and equipment damage caused by immersion.
Vibration/tilt detection. When criminals want to steal equipment, they will inevitably produce vibration or tilt, which can be detected and alarmed in a timely manner through sensors.
Access control signal. When the door of the device is illegally opened, it can be detected and alarmed in a timely manner through sensor detection.
On site sound and light alarm. When sensors or detectors detect hidden dangers or illegal intrusion, they will promptly issue sound and light alarms.
Remote alarm. Convey information to computer management systems or mobile phones through mobile networks or SMS, and notify management personnel.
Monitoring of input and output electrical parameters. The system can monitor multiple electrical parameters such as voltage, current, power, energy, and power factor, and configure them according to user requirements.
Residual current monitoring. Collect the residual current of each outgoing circuit through residual current sensors to prevent safety accidents caused by leakage.
Switch position monitoring. Detect the position signals of various circuit breakers, knife switches, etc., and detect various accident or alarm signals.
Video surveillance. By monitoring the operating environment through a camera and built-in large capacity storage device, it can store 4 video records for 7 days, and also supports remote transmission of video images.
Remote control. Remote control of circuit breaker opening and closing, control of access control switches, etc.
Temperature monitoring of electrical connection points. Monitor the temperature of electrical connection points, such as cable head temperature, circuit breaker contact temperature, and faults caused by poor connections.
Arc light monitoring. Detect the internal discharge situation and provide early warning when weak arc light is detected to prevent the accident from escalating.
Multiple installation methods are available for selection. The device has three installation methods for users to choose from: embedded installation, cabinet mounted installation, and outdoor mounted installation.
Built in backup power supply. When the external power supply is lost, the device can continue to be powered through the internal battery, and the standard configuration can last for 48 hours.
Solar powered electricity. If the branch box does not have low-voltage power supply, it can be powered by solar energy, battery energy storage, and energy management modules to operate the equipment in low-power mode and maintain normal operation.
Modular design. The device adopts a modular design, and each module is connected through an internal bus. Users can add or remove functional modules according to their actual needs.
