Structural characteristics of combination three-way valve:
1. In addition to the advantages of low fluid resistance, quick opening and closing, and good sealing performance of general ball valves, the combination three-way valve adopts an integral structure design, which is simple, compact, lightweight, and durable. Compared with commonly used two-piece ball valves, it eliminates the two bolted flanges in the middle, reduces leakage points, and provides more reliable sealing. Adopting reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene valve seat, it has better pressure resistance, temperature resistance, wear resistance, and longer service life.
2. Due to the fact that the straight through floating ball valve in the combination three-way valve only plays the role of opening and closing on one side of the high-pressure system, rather than the function of three-way conversion, even if the pre tightening force between the ball and the valve seat disappears after a period of use, and there is a gap between the ball and the valve seat, when the ball valve is closed, the pressure of the high-pressure side medium can still push the ball towards the outlet side valve seat, making the ball and the outlet side valve seat tightly in contact. Therefore, the valve still has good sealing performance. The combination three-way valve * solves the problem of easy sealing failure of traditional L-shaped three-way ball valves. The low-pressure side check valve is made of stainless steel, designed to be sensitive in action, reliable in sealing, and has a relatively long service life.
3. The structural length and connection dimensions of the combination three-way valve are the same as those of the traditional L-shaped three-way ball valve, making valve replacement convenient.
4. The combination three-way valve is easy and convenient to operate, similar to the traditional L-shaped three-way ball valve.
