Suitable for automatic control of fuel and gas boilers, electric heating boilers, steam boilers, pressurized hot water boilers, atmospheric hot water boilers, and thermal oil boilers, it has automatic control functions such as boiler water level control, boiler water temperature control, steam pressure control, extreme low water level alarm and interlock protection, steam pressure super high alarm and interlock protection. It has the advantages of high reliability, high degree of automation, convenient use, simple operation, rich functions, flexible control, beautiful appearance, complete variety, and high performance price ratio.

This manual contains a general description of YLZK-X1 and X1 Pro series controllers. The display operation of controllers with different software and hardware versions may not be completely consistent with the description in this manual. Connect the power supply, and the software function code will be displayed on the local screen (the software function code determines the software function, boiler type, sensor, controlled equipment, and control logic configuration of the local machine). After 3 seconds, the work screen will enter. If you encounter any problems while using this machine, you will need to provide the software version and feature code so that we can provide you with fast and accurate service.

4.1 The software function code is not set when the machine is powered on for the first time after leaving the factory. The function code is 000000, waiting for the user to input the software function code.

4.2 Software Function Code Input Operation

When this machine is powered on for the first time after leaving the factory and the software function code is not set, you need to input the software function code based on the type of boiler, sensors, controlled equipment, and control logic configuration (the function code should be set by professionals from the boiler manufacturing enterprise. If the function code does not match your boiler, this machine will not work properly and may even affect the safety of boiler operation, causing safety accidents!). You can refer to the "Function Code List" manual to view the list of all supported function codes on this machine and select the working mode you need.

The function number is displayed on the left side of the screen, and the corresponding function code is displayed on the right side.

The function code of this machine should be set by professionals from the boiler manufacturing enterprise. If the function code does not match your boiler, this machine will not work properly and may even affect the safety of boiler operation, causing safety accidents! .

At the beginning of startup, 0 is displayed on the left side of the page. Search for the function code table, select the desired working mode, enter the corresponding function number, and press the "" or "" key to modify the selected function number. After selecting the correct function number, continue pressing the settings button until entering the working program.

4.3 Main Screen

The large backlit LCD display configured on this machine has rich display functions, which can accurately and intuitively display the operating status of the controller as well as the collected temperature, pressure, water level and other states.

The left side above the main screen displays the measured values of temperature, pressure, and other sensors collected by the machine, while the right side displays the main setting parameters. The following diagram illustrates the composition of the main screen and the functions of each display area. The images corresponding to different furnace types and software function codes may vary, but the basic composition is the same. The following image and other display screens are for your reference. They may vary depending on the function code and software version, and the actual display shall prevail.

4.4 Standby, Running, and Alarm Status

Power up the device and enter the main screen. According to the configuration encoded by the function, this machine detects sensor signals and controls the controlled equipment to work based on the control function and your operation. After being powered on, the machine is usually in standby mode and the boiler is not running. If the "power off automatic recovery" function is enabled, the machine will automatically restore its pre power off state after power on (standby before power off, restore to standby; operation before power off, restore to operation; alarm before power off, restore to standby).

4.5 Controller operation status display

Display the current status of the controller in the upper right corner of the screen. When the controller is in standby mode, the position displays "stop"; When the controller is in operation (the burner starts working according to the furnace water temperature), the position displays "running";

When the controller is in an alarm state (interlock shutdown protection), the position displays "alarm information"; When the controller is in the parameter setting state, this position is displayed“
