YJZ32 series four column hydraulic press

Performance characteristics:

Computer optimized structural design, three beam and four column structure, simple, economical, and practical;
★ The hydraulic control adopts a plug-in valve integrated system, which is reliable in action, has a long service life, small hydraulic impact, and reduces the connection of pipelines and leakage points;
★ Independent electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive action, and easy maintenance;
★ Adopting button centralized control, with three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic;
★ By selecting through the operation panel, two forming processes can be achieved: fixed distance and fixed pressure, and it has functions such as pressure holding delay;
The working pressure of the slider, the range of travel for fast downward movement without load, and the range of travel for slow forward movement can all be adjusted according to process requirements;
★ Ordinary control system or servo control system can be used.
