YET2000 clamp type grounding resistance meterIt is a new type of grounding resistance tester. Compared with traditional voltage current grounding resistance testers, clamp type grounding resistance testers have the following advantages:
1. Easy to operate and fast. When in use, there is no need to ground or disconnect the grounding wire. Simply clamp the tested grounding wire with a caliper to read the grounding resistance value from the LCD screen.
2. The clamp type grounding resistance meter is a non-contact test, so it is very safe for both the user and the instrument.
3. The clamp type grounding resistance meter is an online test that measures the comprehensive value of the grounding body resistance and the line resistance, so it can test the contact condition between the grounding body and the grounding system. This cannot be measured using traditional methods.
4. High measurement accuracy. The clamp type grounding resistance meter does not require auxiliary electricity and there is no layout error.
5. Traditional methods require the insertion of two auxiliary electricity sources with relative positioning requirements and the disconnection of the grounding body from the grounding system, which limits its use in many environments such as cement floors, mountainous rocks, high-rise buildings, and the inability to disconnect the grounding body from the grounding system. However, using a clamp type grounding resistance meter does not have these limitations.
