Application Description

The bellows pressure gauge is suitable for measuring micro pressure and negative pressure that do not corrode copper alloys and pose no explosion hazard.
Widely used in equipment such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines, this instrument can be installed and indicated on site.

Specification

Working position and environment: The instrument is installed vertically. The working environment temperature is -25 ℃ to 55 ℃, the relative humidity is not greater than 80%, and the surrounding air does not contain harmful gases that corrode the instrument.
Temperature effect: When the temperature deviates by 20 ± 5 ℃, the additional temperature error shall not exceed 0.4%/l0 ℃.

Structural principle

The instrument consists of a measuring system (including connectors, bellows, etc.), a transmission mechanism (including a pull rod mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), indicator components (including pointers and dials), and a housing (including a case, dial, and glass).
The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated film box under the pressure of the measured medium, which is then amplified by the gear transmission mechanism through the pulling rod. The measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
