This machine is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) and operated through a touch screen. It has the characteristics of easy adjustment and wide applicability.
This machine adopts advanced mechatronics technology, and changing any filling specification only requires modifying the parameters on the touch screen. It can make significant overall adjustments to the filling of 13 heads at the same time, as well as individual micro adjustments to the filling amount of each head.
The application of touch screen technology makes the operation of the machine more reliable and convenient, and the human-machine program more friendly. Advanced sensing elements are used for sensors such as Everbright sensors and proximity switches, achieving no bottle filling and automatic shutdown and alarm of the bottle blocking host.
The filling method is submersible, using different materials to seal the piston rings, which can meet the filling requirements of materials with different characteristics.
The whole machine is manufactured according to GMP standards, and the connections of each pipeline are made using quick installation methods. Disassembly and cleaning are convenient and fast. The parts in contact with materials and leakage parts are made of high-quality stainless steel materials.
