
Brief introduction
The YD-2 fully automatic plant oil smoke point tester can display instantaneous temperature, heating rate, smoke point temperature and other numerical values on the host, as well as store, display and print them in the computer. It is a specialized instrument developed according to the national standard GB/T20795-2006 "Determination of Plant Oil Smoke Point", Article 4 "First Method Automatic Measuring Instrument Method" for measuring the smoke point of plant oil. The instrument adopts an integral structure, fully microcomputer automatic control, and LED digital display. This type includes system control software and computer interfaces, which can record and display the measurement process and results throughout the entire process on the computer.

3、 Working principle
After the sample is rapidly heated to 150 ℃, it is heated at an average rate of 5-6 ℃/min. The initial continuous blue smoke generated during the heating process enters the photoelectric smoke detector and reacts with the light emitted by the detector, causing the detector to respond and accurately measure the smoke point.
