Y047/Y055 floating ball pressure gauge

A floating ball pressure gauge is a pneumatic load type pressure gauge that uses compressed air or nitrogen as the pressure source, and the effective area of the floating ball is determined by the pressure acting on the lower part of the sphere when the precision floating ball is in working condition. As shown in Figure 1, the precision float is placed inside the cylindrical nozzle, and a special weight acts on the top of the sphere through the weight holder. The air pressure inside the nozzle acts on the bottom of the sphere, causing the float to float inside the nozzle. When the force of gravity generated by a specialized weight of known mass is balanced with the force of air pressure, a floating ball pressure gauge outputs a stable and accurate pressure value.
