Overview
Huadian CNC horizontal machining center is a cross slide table structure with an integrated base, equipped with a tool magazine and a rotating worktable. It can achieve one-time clamping of various complex parts such as boxes, shells, molds, etc., and complete various processes such as key, drilling, tapping, milling, expanding, tapping, etc.

Huadian CNC specializes in producing valve processing machine tools, valve processing special machines, and valve processing equipment, which are used for turning and drilling of forged steel, cast steel (carbon steel) gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, etc. The cutting amount can reach 10mm, and the equipment is efficient, convenient, stable, and reliable.
1、 Product Introduction and Usage:
This machine tool isHorizontal machining center, with a tool magazine of 24 disc type or vertical tool holder, equipped with equally divided workbenches. It can achieve one-time clamping of various complex parts such as boxes, shells, molds, etc., and complete various processes such as key, drilling, milling, expansion, hinge, tapping, etc.
2、 Main structural features:
1. The main foundation components such as the base, workbench, column, crossbeam, sliding seat, and spindle box are made of HT300 cast iron, with a box type structure and a compact and reasonable symmetrical reinforcement structure to ensure the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption performance of the foundation components; The basic components are molded with resin sand and undergo sufficient aging treatment, providing a guarantee for the stability of the long-term performance of the machine tool.

The Y and Z directions use large pitch, high-precision, and high-strength ball screws for feeding, with high feed speed; The servo motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool;
3. The screw support adopts a special bearing for the screw and a pre stretched structure, greatly reducing the impact of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term operation of the machine tool;
4. The X, Y, and Z direction guide rails and lead screws are all enclosed and protected to ensure the cleanliness of the lead screws and guide rails, and to ensure the transmission and motion accuracy of the machine tool;
5. The spindle box is equipped with an automatic balancing system to ensure the machining accuracy of the machine tool;
6. Adopting advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timed and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, stable and reliable operation;
7. The machine tool can be equipped with domestic/imported CNC control systems, with complete functions, easy operation, stable accuracy, and reliability.
