1、 Application area:

3、 Key description:

1. Host: The machine adopts a double arm door structure, and the horizontal beam can be adjusted infinitely. After replacing the column, screw, and outer cover, the test space can be changed. The transmission system consists of a servo controlled dedicated reducer, a circular arc synchronous toothed belt, and a screw pair, which runs smoothly, has high efficiency, and low noise.

2. Fixture: Standard configuration: one set each of wedge type stretching fixture, compression fixture, and bending fixture. The wedge-shaped stretching attachment adopts a manual rotation clamping method, which is convenient, reliable, and does not slip. During the clamping process, the jaws do not move, and the clamp moves up and down. The sample is not subjected to additional force, ensuring the accuracy of the test results.

4、 Function Introduction

1. Adopting Panasonic AC servo motors and drivers from Japan, the system and components have strong universality, easy maintenance, stable and reliable performance, and protection devices for overcurrent, overvoltage, overspeed, overload, etc. The speed ratio can reach 1:5000.

2. Automatic shifting: automatically switches to the appropriate range according to the load size to ensure the accuracy of measurement data; It has achieved true physical zeroing, gain adjustment, and automatic shifting, zeroing, calibration, and saving of experimental force measurement, without any analog adjustment links, and the control circuit is highly integrated.

3. Conditional storage: The experimental control data and sample conditions can be modularized to facilitate batch testing.

4. Automatic transmission: The speed of moving the crossbeam during the test can automatically change according to a pre-set program.

5. Automatic calibration: The system can automatically calibrate the accuracy of the displayed values;

6. Automatic saving: After the experiment is completed, the experimental data and curves are automatically saved;

7. Process implementation: The experimental process, measurement, display, and analysis are all completed by a microcomputer;

8. Batch experiment: For samples with the same parameters, they can be sequentially completed after one setting;

9. Experimental software: Chinese WINDOWS interface, menu prompts, mouse operation;

10. Display mode: Data and curves are dynamically displayed during the experimental process;
