4、 Main structure and working principle

1. Main structure:

The instrument consists of three parts: (1) speed regulation and measurement part. The motor drives the high-speed rotating parts of the mixing shaft and disc. ⑶ Base and adjustable latex container.

Speed regulation and measurement part: frequency converter, speed display.

2. Working principle:

A high-speed motor with a long shaft and a stirring plate at the end of the shaft. The high-speed rotating motor drives the long shaft and the stirring plate connected to it to operate. The constant shear force of the metal disk horizontally stirs the latex and measures the content of solidified material produced after a specified time.

5、 Operation and usage

1. Select the mixing plate as needed and fasten it onto the shaft.

2. Place the latex container onto the container rack and tighten the locking button(Attention: Be sure to secure the container tightly)According to the regulations, take the required samples and pour them into the latex container. Rotate the container holder knob to the highest point, which is 13 ± 1 from the bottom of the mixing plate to the bottom of the latex containermmHere. Place the protective cover in place to prevent the mixing shaft from colliding with the container and causing danger.

3. Connect the power supply (220V) and turn on the power switch.

4. Setting of speed value:

After startup, the frequency converter displays“H234.0”,“HIn flashing state, the following number is the frequency value, which should be displayed at this time234.0Left and right, if it weren't for the knob on the adjustment panel, it would be 1Hz60r/minSo the frequency is around 234 at a speed of 14000r/min, and the speed has been set to this value at the factory.

5. At this time, you can press the green "Run" button on the frequency converter panel, and the high-speed motor can be automatically raised to 14000 ± 200r/minAfter the motor runs smoothly, align the tachometer with the reflective paper attached to the mixing shaft and measure the speed at around 14000 ± 200r/min. If not, it can be adjusted.

6. At the designated time, press the red "stop" button on the frequency converter panel to gradually stop the high-speed motor from rotating. After the motor stops, lower the container tray to the bottom. Loosen the container fastening screws and remove the container.

7. Rinse the mixing shaft and mixing plate with distilled water. (Latex corrodes the long axis and disc) Then remove the latex container and measure according to relevant standards.

8. Wash the latex container thoroughly after measurement, wait for the next use, and wipe the instrument clean.

9. Turn off the power switch.

6、 Precautions for use

1. The mixing shaft must be securely fastened to prevent detachment or inaccurate actual mixing speed at high speeds.Attention: The mixing shaft and glass container must be securely fastened to prevent collision between the mixing shaft and the glass container, which may cause the glass container to shatter and pose a danger.Do not disassemble high-speed motors by yourself.

2. Do not operate the frequency converter below 50Hz.

3. Do not impact the mixing shaft and mixing plate, and do not apply excessive radial force during loading and unloading.

4. During the operation of the motor, when the temperature of a certain part reaches 60 ℃, immediately introduce circulating water and continue running, or stop the machine for cooling.

5. During the operation of high-speed motors, the values measured with a speedometer are compared with the experimental values(14000±200r/min)When it does not match, the knob on the adjustable frequency converter panel can be used to fine tune the output frequency, so that the speed of the high-speed motor is at the correct value. The parameters of the frequency converter have already been set and do not need to be changed.

7、 Installation and commissioning of instruments

1. Place the instrument on a dry and vibration free platform.

2. Insert all the thin ends of the selected mixing shaft into the motor locking holes and tighten them with two wrenches (note: be sure to hold tightly to prevent detachment or tilting).

3. There are two circulating water nozzles on the motor of the instrument that can be freely selected for water inlet and outlet. We need to install a circulating water pipe.

4. Take out the speed measuring paper from the speedometer and stick it onto the mixing shaft.
