The XL box shaped high-temperature furnace complies with national standards such as the "Method for Coal Analysis" (GB212-91), the "Method for Determining the Total Sulfur Content of Metallurgical Coke" (GB2286-80), and the "Method for Determining the Volatile Matter of Metallurgical Coke" (GB2003-80) issued by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, good insulation effect, and fast heating speed. For the convenience of user maintenance, a live core assembly is adopted, and a controllable chimney is installed behind the furnace, which is suitable for chemical analysis of coal, coking products, and chemical raw materials.

The high-temperature box shaped resistance furnace is suitable for use in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. for alloy steel heat treatment, metal sintering, melting, analysis, etc. Using silicon carbon rods as heating elements, it heats up quickly and uniformly. The resistance furnace is equipped with a thyristor temperature controller and a platinum rhodium platinum thermocouple as indicators.
