Boiling dryer, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of an air filter, boiling bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag filter, high-pressure centrifugal fan, and control panel. Due to the different properties of dry materials, when matching dust removal equipment, it can be considered as needed. Both cyclone separators and bag filters can be selected, or one of them can be chosen. Generally speaking, for powders and granular materials with high specific gravity, only a cyclone separator needs to be selected for drying. Small granular and powdery materials with lighter specific gravity need to be equipped with a bag filter, and pneumatic feeding devices and belt conveyors are available for selection.

The granular solid material is fed into the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by a blower to come into contact with the solid material through a distribution plate, forming a fluidized state and achieving gas-solid heat and mass exchange. After the material is dried, it is discharged from the discharge port, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed through the cyclone dust collector group and bag filter to recover solid powder and then discharged. Steam, electric, and hot air stoves can all be equipped (according to user requirements).

It is suitable for drying granular materials, such as raw materials in pharmaceuticals, tablet granules, and traditional Chinese medicine; Drying and dehumidification of plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdered and granular materials in intermediate agents and chemical raw materials, as well as in food and beverages; Drying of intermediate agents, grain processing, corn germ, feed, etc. The particle size of the material can reach 6mm. ****** is 0.5-3mm.
