TP-LINK has newly developed and launched the 5 series full gigabit three-layer network management PoE switch, which adopts a new generation of high-performance hardware and software platform, providing flexible and cost-effective full gigabit access and uplink ports, supporting three-layer routing protocols, complete security protection mechanisms, perfect ACL/QoS policies, and rich VLAN functions. It is easy to manage and maintain, meeting users' networking needs for easy management, high security, and low cost of network equipment. It is suitable for campus, hotel, and enterprise park network access, aggregation, and core multiple application scenarios.

Full Gigabit Port

  • The entire series supports the combination of "Ethernet port+optical port", which facilitates flexible networking for users and meets the networking needs of various scenarios;

  • Support RIP dynamic routing protocol, dynamically generate and update routing tables, and solve routing problems in small and medium-sized networks after subnetting.

  • Supports QoS, supports three priority modes based on ports, 802.1P, and DSCP, and four queue scheduling algorithms including Equ, SP, WRR, and SP+WRR.

  • Support quadruple binding of IP address, MAC address, VLAN, and port to filter data packets.

  • Support ARP protection against common gateway spoofing, man in the middle attacks, ARP spoofing, and ARP flooding attacks in local area networks.

  • Support IP source protection to prevent illegal address spoofing, including MAC spoofing, IP spoofing, and MAC/IP spoofing.

  • Support DoS protection, including protection against Land Attack, Scan SYNFIN, Xmascan, Ping Flooding, and other attacks.

  • Support 802.1X authentication, provide authentication function for LAN computers, and control the authorization status of controlled ports based on the authentication results.

PoE Priority Function


  • PoE models support PoE+power supply and comply with the IEEE 802.3af/at standard, meeting the requirements of PoE power supply in security monitoring, conference call systems, wireless coverage and other scenarios.

  • Support setting up PoE port power supply control based on user-defined time periods in the web network management interface.

  • Support configuring PoE port priority in the web network management interface, and prioritize ensuring power supply to high priority ports when remaining power is insufficient.

  • The maximum PoE output power per port of the PoE model can reach 30W, and users can set the maximum power that the port can provide on the web network management interface.
