The material coated with stone paper on the woven bag is coated at a speed of 60-150m/min. The width range of the product is 1100~2100mm. The coating thickness of the product is 0.02~0.1mm.

Our equipment currently has three models of woven bag laminating machines: 1600; 2000； 2600.

Characteristics of the woven bag laminating machine:
1、 The extruder adopts automatic temperature control, automatic suction, and the mold head adopts a proprietary mold head from the manufacturer.

2、 The automatic tension and synchronization of the unwinding, composite, and winding parts of the unit are integrated.

3、 The winding part adopts an automatic device to achieve large roll diameter and high speed without stopping the machine for coil replacement, and there will be no waste caused by stopping the machine.
