The Italvibras G. Silingardi vibration motor is essentially a special three-phase asynchronous motor that converts electrical energy into controllable mechanical vibration. Its core relies on the mechanism of "electromagnetic rotation+eccentric block centrifugal force" to convert rotary motion into periodic excitation force, providing a stable vibration source for equipment such as vibrating screens, feeders, and material silos. The following provides a detailed analysis of the MVSI 3/800-S02 model from five aspects: core structure, energy conversion process, excitation force regulation, force transmission and application, and key characteristic principles.
The Italvibras vibration motor (represented by the MVSI series) adopts an integrated structure of * * motor body+double eccentric block * *, without additional transmission components, with a compact structure and strong vibration resistance.
Composed of stator, rotor, heavy-duty bearing, cast iron body, and sealing protection components:
-Stator: High magnetic conductivity silicon steel sheet laminated, F-class insulated winding, generating a rotating magnetic field when energized.
-Rotor: Made of cast aluminum squirrel cage structure, it obtains torque under the action of a rotating magnetic field, driving the motor shaft to rotate at a constant speed (such as MVSI 3/800-S02 at 1500 r/min).
-Bearing: Equipped with heavy-duty vibration bearings at both ends, it can withstand radial/axial impact loads and ensure long-term continuous operation.
-Body: Made of high-grade cast iron with reinforced ribs, it absorbs vibration stress and prevents cracking and deformation.
A set of eccentric blocks (fixed block+adjustable block) are installed at both ends of the motor shaft, which is the core component that generates vibration.
-Eccentric block material: high-density alloy, ensuring small volume and large eccentricity.
-Eccentricity (r): The distance from the center of mass to the center of the shaft, which determines the upper limit of centrifugal force.
-Adjustment mechanism: The adjustable block can rotate around the axis, changing the phase angle (0 °~180 °) with the fixed block, achieving stepless adjustment of the excitation force.
