1. Dimensions and Structure:

2. Installation form:

There are two installation forms for liquid level transmitters, hanging and flange installation. For liquid level measurement in water tanks with large fluctuations, anti wave tubes, fixed brackets, and other means can be used to fix the transmitter according to the specific situation.

When using a suspended installation method, the transmitter relay box should be kept away from the water surface to prevent moisture erosion. In situations where conditions permit, equip a junction box and fix the transmitter relay box inside the junction box.

3. Installation method of suspended liquid level transmitter:

The relay box of the suspended liquid level transmitter is connected and fixed with an installation bracket. The installation bracket can be fixed on pipes or angle steel, etc. In some special occasions, other fixing methods can be used to fix the relay box according to the actual application environment of the user.

4. Wiring method:

According to user requirements, the transmitter can be equipped with a temperature sensor (PT100) and output two sets of 4-20mA standard signals for liquid level and temperature. Liquid level transmitters used in explosion-proof environments should be equipped with safety barriers.

This instrument has two power supply modes, which can be freely selected from household power or battery power. The battery pack can be used to continue operating this instrument in outdoor situations where there is no household power supply.

Automatic contact control function, which avoids overheating of the emitter surface of the guide and reduces wear to a low level. Unless the emitter surface has already made contact with the patient's body or been submerged in water, the output will automatically remain at a low standby level. If this level is maintained for three minutes, the output will be automatically interrupted.
