2、 Principle of boiler descaling agent

Magnesium salts form water slag, which is removed by sewage discharge. The organic matter in the scale inhibitor increases the fluidity of the slag, making it easy to discharge. At the same time, the organic matter also forms a barrier layer on the metal surface, preventing the formation of scale on the metal surface. This series of chemical and physical interactions prevent the formation of scale. 3、 Boiler descaling agent dosage

Boiler anti scaling agents should be applied according to the hardness of the boiler feedwater. Generally, medication can be taken according to the following requirements:

There are two methods for adding boiler anti scaling agents. One type is a boiler with a water tank or pool, but without an economizer. The medicine can be directly added to the water tank or pool and sent into the furnace along with the water supply. Another method is to use a dosing funnel to directly add the medicine into the furnace. Before adding medication, boil the medicine in 80 ℃ hot water and filter it. Intermittent dosing method can be used, which means adding once per shift or adding enough at once. 2. If there is no change in water level after discharge, check whether the fallen old scale is blocking the pipeline. If the pipeline is blocked, take timely measures.

3. The furnace should be cleaned as much as possible to prevent a large amount of old scale from falling off and blocking the pipeline, and attention should be paid to changes in water level and temperature.

4. For units with scale, they should stop the furnace for inspection one month after adding chemicals, remove old scale and accumulated water slag, and check the anti scale and corrosion inhibition effect.
