1. Closed loop control system: High precision, monitoring and controlling the loading force applied in the closed-loop system at any time;

2. Optical zoom system: The optical zoom system of VNet 0 SR is an optional (1:7 magnification, 10 levels) that uses optical amplification instead of digital amplification. Even after high magnification, high-quality images can still be obtained. The application of KB's optical multiplier enables the hardness machine to replace the previous structure of four objectives with only one objective lens, naturally reducing costs and time;

3. Sample contour scanning: Use a microscope camera to scan the external contour of the sample and create a sample morphology image;

4. Sample area scanning: Use a microscope camera to scan the entire sample. A single scanning area can be freely selected to form a complete picture of the sample;

5. Sample panoramic scanning: Using a second camera to take photos of the complete sample, the size of the area can be freely selected, and a single image is concatenated into a panoramic image;

6. Panoramic camera snapshot: By using the panoramic (second) camera to capture a single image, the entire sample can be captured;

7. Reco Jet component re identification: After scanning, the sample position can be correctly identified and rotated; The position and angle can be accurately identified; The parameters will be automatically applied correctly; Similar samples only need to set parameters once, which can save time in future testing;

8. Sintered material testing: Test CHD (hardening gradient) on sintered material; Provide the average curve; Automatically eliminate the maximum and minimum values; Interactive elimination of unfavorable indentation set points; The indentation location will be interactively checked and corrected; Visualization of close indentation sizes and compliance with standards allowed for adjacent indentations;

9. Quick indexing: All parameters in a testing task can be loaded by clicking with the mouse, and the determination of effective points can be completed through symmetry points, reference points, marker lines, and key points;

10. Testing of similar samples: Samples of the same size can be tested using pre stored customized testing programs. Can simultaneously complete automatic mode measurement of multiple samples;

11. Multi sample fixture: The multi sample clamping hole can hold multiple samples, completing fast, accurate, and effective automatic indentation and measurement;

12. Programmatic measurement: The fully automated program testing is not affected by any human factors. The hardness of the core can also be indicated. If this value is reached, the testing program will end;

13. Through high-precision pixel and color labeling, it can be ensured that each different customer obtains the same boundary judgment during manual measurement, making the measurement values more similar;

14. 2D/3D drawing, draw the hardness profile of the sample. The operator can observe the hardness profile of the entire sample in one field of view.
