The main working principle of Zhuhai Dahang Food Weighing Scale includes two parts: there are 14 weighing trays on both sides of the equipment. When each product is weighed and falls into one of the storage boxes, the control microprocessor calculates the best combination product that matches the pre-set target weight. The selected products that meet the best combination fall into the synchronous conveyor belt as a whole and are sent to the packaging station by themselves; The remaining unused products in the storage box will be automatically rejected and placed aside if they cannot be weighed for a period of time. This ensures accurate weighing without affecting the weighing speed.

The Zhuhai Dahang Food Weighing Scale is mainly used for weight combination packaging of bagged, boxed and other packaged products in fresh food markets or supermarket channels. The equipment has 14 weighing trays with conveyor belts, each tray corresponds to an indicator light, and there is a conveyor belt between the two rows of trays. During the work process, the operator places the products on 14 weighing trays, and the control system automatically calculates the weight according to the preset target weight value. When the scale platform that meets the optimal combination of target weight lights up, the products will be automatically transported to the intermediate conveyor belt. The intermediate conveyor belt will transport the best combination of products to the packaging station, and bagging/boxing will complete the quantitative weight distribution packaging requirements.
