HighFinesse provides sensitive and compact wavelength meters with a wide spectral range for high-speed laser measurements. The optical unit is a photodiode array transmitted by a temperature controlled Fizeau based interferometer. High absolute accuracy is achieved through the use of solid-state, non moving optics. The optical unit and related electronic products are placed in a compact, thermal sleeve. Connect a computer or laptop through a high-speed USB 2.0 port, which allows for high data read rates. The analysis software displays all interferometer information and is compatible with Microsoft Windows.
