Product Details

At present, in semiconductor device detection and biological fluorescence detection, there is a need for wavelength adjustable monochromatic light sources. Most of the methods on the market use white light sources and spectrometers to achieve this. The advantage of this technology method is that it can achieve a continuously adjustable wavelength light source. However, because most of the ultraviolet energy of white light sources is relatively weak, the output monochromatic light power is low, which greatly limits the application scenarios.

Our company has developed a multi wavelength adjustable light source based on ultraviolet LED, with an output power of>5mW and some wavelengths>100mW, mainly covering the frequency band from 254nm to 405nm. The light source integrates 10 different frequency bands and outputs monochromatic light with a bandwidth of 10-15 nm. The wavelength switching is electrically controlled, and the output wavelength can be selected or scanned through software; The light source is equipped with a low-noise digital constant current technology power supply, which can achieve pulse and continuous output. It also has a built-in pulse signal generator, which can achieve synchronous control with external devices.
