Water-cooled freezer

A water-cooled chiller uses a shell and tube evaporator to exchange heat between water and refrigerant. The refrigerant system absorbs the heat load in the water, cools the water to produce cold water, and then carries the heat to the shell and tube condenser through the action of a compressor. The refrigerant exchanges heat with the water, allowing the water to absorb heat and dissipate it out of the external cooling tower through water pipes.

The water-cooled chiller adopts multi compressor parallel technology, modular structure, and unit hierarchical start-up to reduce the impact of unit start-up current on the power grid.

The centralized control system of the modular unit, when the machine malfunctions, the controller quickly and accurately displays the location of the fault to assist in quickly troubleshooting.

Condenser: External threaded copper tube, high-efficiency heat exchanger, with a sufficient number of copper tubes.

Temperature control range: -8-30 degrees (7-30 degrees can be circulated with water, -8-6 degrees requires other media circulation).

Intelligent temperature control system: automatic temperature control for shutdown and startup.
