Temperature setting method for water bath oscillator:
Connect the power and turn on the power switch. At this point, the temperature displayed on the digital display is the indoor temperature. Press "SET" to enter the set state of the digital display, press ▲ to increase the set temperature, and press ▼ to decrease the set temperature. After setting the temperature, press "SET" again, and the temperature displayed on the temperature control meter will be the actual temperature inside the pot. At this point, the temperature control meter will enter its normal working state. When the temperature rises to the desired set value, the temperature control meter will automatically enter the constant temperature state. There may be a slight overheating when using the temperature control meter for the first time, but the overheating phenomenon will be eliminated when entering the constant temperature state for the second time. When the temperature control meter enters the constant temperature state, no operation is required, and the temperature will automatically remain constant. Try to use it for as long as possible after normal use, so that the temperature difference in the equilibrium state is small. If the whole machine does not require heating, the temperature control instrument should be set below room temperature.
Installation points of water bath constant temperature oscillator:
1. Before installing the equipment, the water bath constant temperature oscillator should be placed on a flat workbench for a visual inspection. If there is no damage to the appearance, the instrument is intact, the wire insulation is good, the plug is intact, and the power switch is flexible. The power cord of each constant temperature oscillator is connected to a single-phase three pole plug, with the upper electrode of the plug being the grounding electrode. Users must use a single-phase three pole power socket, and the grounding electrode of the power socket should have a reliable ground wire.
2. Before powering on the water bath constant temperature oscillator, clean water should be injected first. After adding clean water to the oscillator, there should be no water leakage, and the liquid level should be kept at a distance of 2-4cm from the upper opening to prevent water from overflowing into the electrical box and damaging the components.
3. The pointer type temperature control instrument should first observe whether the instrument pointer points to the zero position. According to different working temperatures, point the white mark on the set temperature knob to the corresponding temperature. If the red light is on, it means the heating has stopped; if the green light is on, it means the heating is in progress; if the red and green lights alternate, it means entering the time proportional heating stage or the constant temperature stage.
4. Digital temperature control instruments do not require zero adjustment. Simply press the dip switch in sequence, and the number displayed on the dip switch will be the desired operating temperature. When the red light is on, it means the heating has stopped; when the green light is on, it means the heating has stopped; when the red and green lights alternate, it means entering the time proportional heating or constant temperature section.

1. Please read this manual carefully before use.
2. The working surface of the water bath constant temperature oscillator should not be excessively smooth (such as ceramic tiles, etc.).
3. The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures.
4. The whole machine is strictly prohibited from being used in an environment with direct sunlight.
5. The speed control should start slowly from low speed to high speed.
6. The water bath constant temperature oscillator may experience some displacement during high-speed oscillation, so it should be monitored by someone during use.

9. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature:
(1) Place the control switch of the water bath constant temperature oscillator in the "setting" section. At this time, the temperature displayed on the screen is the set temperature. Adjust the knob to set it to the temperature you need for work. (The working temperature you set should be higher than the ambient temperature. At this time, the machine starts heating and the yellow indicator light is on. Otherwise, the machine will not work.)
(2) The water bath constant temperature oscillator places the small switch of the control part on the "measurement" end. At this time, the temperature displayed on the screen is the actual temperature of the air inside the test chamber. As the temperature inside the chamber changes, the displayed number will also change accordingly.
(3) When heated to the desired temperature, the heating will automatically stop and the green indicator light will turn on; When the heat inside the test chamber dissipates below the temperature you set, a new round of heating will begin.
Instructions for use:
