1. Before using the instrument, check if it is properly grounded.

2. Packaging test bottles: 1) Pay attention to uniform distribution; 2) Pay attention to not filling too little liquid to prevent the test bottle from floating; 3) Pay attention to sealing the bottle mouth to prevent condensed water droplets from dripping into the bottle.

3. Tap water should be injected into the water tank, and the water level should be slightly higher than the liquid level inside the culture test bottle.

4. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.

7. Before each shutdown, turn off the power switch first, and then cut off the power. The fixed screw on the right side of the tray can be unscrewed with an Allen wrench, and the tray can be taken out for cleaning. After cleaning, it can be installed again. Remember to align the front and rear sliding rails and tighten the screws, otherwise the instrument will not work properly and may malfunction.

8. Do not use heaters in a water free state in the water tank. If the instrument is not used for a long time, the water in the water tank should be drained and wiped dry with a soft cloth.

9. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.

10. During continuous operation, the instrument should be regularly inspected every three months to check for any water droplets or dirt falling onto the motor and control components. The water quality and cleanliness of the water tank should also be checked, and fuses, control components, and fastening screws should be inspected.

11. The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.

12. After long-term use, natural wear and tear of the instrument is a normal phenomenon.
