Technical Features

Feeding conveyor - uniform feeding, control output;

Pre crusher - The surface of the material contains a lot of impurities (sand, mud) and needs to be pre crushed before pre washing the material;

Pre washing machine - After being pre crushed by a pre crusher, the material is preliminarily cleaned to remove surface impurities of over 80%, reducing subsequent cleaning pressure;

Plastic crusher (shredder) - crushes materials with water, and the materials are crushed and cleaned at the edge of the crushing chamber;

Spiral feeding machine - conveying materials and cleaning;

Separate sedimentation tank - clean materials, separate floating and submerged materials, remove sediment and impurities;

Friction cleaning machine - high-speed cleaning of materials, removing impurities and dirt adhering to the surface of materials;

Centrifugal dewatering machine - material dewatering, the moisture content of the dehydrated material is about 10-15%;

Thin film extrusion dryer - material dehydration, the moisture content of the dehydrated material is about 5%;

Hot air drying system - drying materials, which can reduce the moisture content of the material by 2% after extrusion drying;
