Among them, the new CAGE CLAMPR S technology in 2002 can directly insert wires without the need for tool assistance. After more than 50 years of effort, various spring clamping techniques have been completed today, which can connect wires of 0.08~100mm/(AWG 28~000)

At present, WAGO has nearly 60 service centers, 8 production and assembly bases, 16 branch offices, and more than 30 agents in various countries worldwide, with a total of approximately 3000 employees.

At present, WAGO has developed over 10000 types of spring box terminal blocks, which can be mainly divided into track terminal blocks, PCB terminal blocks, male and female connectors, lamp connectors, and I/O control systems. In addition to the terminal block itself, CAGE CLAMP technology has also been recognized and applied in other international manufacturers' products, such as SIEMENS' PLC and electromagnetic contactors, Telemecanique's electromagnetic contactors, HARTING's metal multipole connectors, Bals' industrial sockets, and GRUNDFOS' pumps. Currently, CAGE CLAMP has become a universal standard for wire connection, and many newly designed products adopt this design.
