Process details:
The protection measures for the compressor, such as automatic suction and discharge pressure, have been fully considered in the system design
Protection function to extend the service life of the compressor
The refrigeration system pipeline adopts high-quality oxygen free copper pipes, which are welded with nitrogen protection to avoid traditional welding methods inside the copper pipes
The formation of oxides on the wall can cause damage to the refrigeration system and compressor
The suction/discharge pressure of the compressor is directly displayed by a pressure gauge
To prevent water from flowing freely after defrosting on the compressor, a stainless steel water collection tray is installed at the bottom of the compressor to collect the collected water

In the design of the refrigeration system, sufficient consideration has been given to vibration reduction measures during unit operation to avoid operational vibrations and temperature fluctuations

The suction and exhaust pipes of the compressor use Sumitomo brand metal shock absorber hoses from Japan to reduce vibration transmission through the refrigeration pipeline
The process pipeline of compressors with a diameter of less than 10mm adopts shock-absorbing bends and distal fixation to avoid resonance

The working method adopts the French Taikang brand refrigeration compressor, which is efficient and reliable, with a cascade refrigeration cycle
The throttling device adopts the Japanese Eginomiya intelligent automatic conversion electronic expansion valve, which can automatically adjust the refrigerant flow according to the load, exerting faster, more stable and energy-saving efficiency
Evaporator finned tube heat exchanger (also used as dehumidifier)
Condenser water-cooled type: shell and tube heat exchanger.
The refrigerant used is the American Honeywell environmentally friendly refrigerants R404A and R23, which meet international environmental requirements
