WZJYX-III insulated boots and gloves voltage resistant bracket

Insulated boots and gloves are essential safety protective equipment for power system operation and maintenance. DL408 "Safety Work Regulations for Electric Power" specifies the testing methods and cycles for commonly used safety tools such as insulated boots and gloves. The voltage withstand test for insulated boots and gloves shall be conducted every six months, during which no breakdown is allowed, and the leakage current of the insulated boots shall not exceed the limit value.

This test display adopts patented technology for multi-channel high-voltage leakage measurement, which can accurately measure multiple high-voltage leakage currents. When used in conjunction with the WZJYX-III fully automatic insulated boot glove withstand voltage leakage current tester produced by our company, an infrared communication interface is configured and infrared data communication technology is adopted to completely isolate the tester from this testing platform, achieving the purpose of safe measurement of high-voltage leakage current and ensuring the personal safety of testers.

For the convenience of leakage current testing, this test bench is equipped with an 8-channel LED leakage current display. During the testing process, a universal power frequency withstand voltage equipment is used to apply pressure, which can visually display the leakage current values of the 8-channel test samples.

In order to improve work efficiency, 8 samples can be tested simultaneously at a time. To avoid repeated testing, high-voltage breaking patented technology is used. During the testing process, the punctured samples can be removed from the high-voltage testing system, and the non punctured samples can continue to be tested until the test is completed.
