【 Working Principle 】

The WX-6BQT single wire feeding machine equipment is mainly used to inject alloy core wire (or aluminum wire) into the deep part of molten steel at a reasonable speed and accurate quantity to achieve uniform dispersion, deoxidation, desulfurization, change the morphology of inclusions, improve steel quality, fine tune composition, improve the performance of cast steel, save alloy and reduce steel costs.The single wire feeding machine adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation, with speed and length setting display devices, electronic counting, and digital display functions. The roller is directly driven by the motor, and the alloy wire is sent out under the action of the pressing mechanism.
