1、 Product Overview

LUCB plug-in vortex flow sensor can be widely used for measuring large-diameter gas, liquid, and steam flow in various industries, as well as for measuring turbid liquids containing small particles and impurities. It can also be used as a flow transmitter in automatic control systems.

LUCB plug-in vortex flow sensor explosion-proof type, in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB3836-83 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", with the explosion-proof mark ExdIIBT6.

2、 Working principle

According to the International Organization for Standardization IS07145 (Measurement of fluid flow in a closed circular cross-section pipeline - Velocity measurement method at one point in the cross-section), a vortex street velocity probe embedded with a piezoelectric crystal is inserted into a large-diameter industrial pipeline to convert the Karman vortex frequency into a current or voltage pulse signal proportional to the flow rate or a 4-20mADC current signal.

3、 Instrument features
a. It can achieve continuous disassembly and assembly of sensors, and can separate amplifiers from sensors (separation distance of 15m).
b. By using anti-interference circuits and anti vibration sensing heads, the instrument has a certain degree of resistance to environmental vibrations.
c. Small pressure loss, wide range of measurement, with a range of 1:25.
d. No movable parts, long-term stability, simple structure for easy installation and maintenance.
e. The measurable medium temperature reaches+250 ℃.
