Product Application
Used in conjunction with a melt pressure sensor to measure the temperature of the extruder
Directly measure the temperature of liquid, vapor, gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of 0 ℃ to 1300 ℃ in various production processes.
Product Features
Less thermal response time, reducing dynamic errors; Flexible installation and use; Large measurement range; High mechanical strength and good pressure resistance.
Product execution standards
IEC584 IEC1515 GB/T16839-1997 JB/T5582-91
Working principle
The electrodes of armored thermocouples are composed of two conductors of different materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermoelectric potential is generated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
Technical Parameter
Thermocouples: J, K, E
Installation thread: 1/2-20NNF, M14x1.5, others can be customized

The insulation resistance armored thermocouple at room temperature has an insulation resistance of ≥ 1000M Ω. m between the electrode and the outer sheath at an ambient temperature of 20 ± 1.5 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and a test voltage of 500 ± 50V (DC).
The insulation resistance of a 1m long sample is 1000M Ω; the insulation resistance of a 10m long sample is 100M Ω.
