Operation steps:
First, install and debug the card type heating furnace and card type moisture analyzer
1. Adjust the temperature and gas flow rate of the card furnace
The temperature is set according to the characteristics of the sample, and the flow rate is 0.1Mpa
2. Put the sample into the sample bottle and place it in the testing station
Wait for the temperature to rise to the set temperature before starting the measurement
3. After inserting the water transfer needle into the sample bottle, click to start the measurement and wait for the experimental results
4. Measurement completed, automatic storage and printing of detection report

1、 Dangerous goods measurement tips
Please ensure that flammable and explosive materials are measured at a safe temperature and with adequate protective measures in place
2、 Selection of carrier gas
1. It is recommended to use high-purity nitrogen with extremely low moisture content as the carrier gas, with a nitrogen purity of 99999
2. It is not recommended to use oxygen as it can easily cause oxidation and other reactions
3. Control the flow rate of the carrier gas at 0.1Mpa
3、 The instrument testing is unstable and the shutdown is slow
Please check if the KF moisture analyzer reagent has failed
Please check if there is a lot of moisture adhering to the wall of the electrolytic cell bottle (shake the electrolytic cell bottle)
4、 High temperature warning
The temperature in the heating chamber of the card furnace is very high, and it is strictly prohibited to touch it directly with hands without cooling
5、 Electrolysis does not end
Check if the reagent has expired.
