1、 Overview:

WHSeries mixer is a commonly used equipment for mixing powder and granular materials. 2、 Working principle:

This machine uses the flipping of the screw inside the drum during its forward rotation to cause irregular movement of materials, resulting in particles or powdersAchieve uniform mixing. When discharging, the drum rotates in reverse and the material is guided to be discharged through internal copying.

3、 Characteristics:

There is no mechanical squeezing or strong wear, which can maintain the integrity of the particle powder. The cylinder is equipped with a twisted dragon transition without dead corners, and the discharge port has a copying motion, making the discharge convenient and clean.

This machine can be used in conjunction with storage bins with weighing modules, vacuum feeders, or elevators. It can intermittently or continuously mix several materials simultaneously, increasing production output and reducing production costs.
