This series of micro crushers and ultrafine crushers consists of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine, and electronic control. They are compact in design, reasonable in structure, and have air selection type, no screen or mesh. The machine is equipped with a grading mechanism, which can complete crushing and grading in one go. Negative pressure conveying continuously discharges the heat generated in the chamber during the crushing operation, making it suitable for the crushing of thermosensitive materials. This machine has a wide range of adaptability and can continuously adjust the particle size during the production process. It can process various materials such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dyes, resins, shells, etc. for crushing and grading.

working principle:
The material enters the crushing chamber through a hopper and a screw conveyor. The crushed material is sheared by high-speed blades to obtain pulverization. The material is then transported into a cyclone separator, bag filter, and discharged to meet the requirements of the product through negative pressure air transportation.
