1、 Equipment purpose and scope of use
(4) Software Overview
Product Description
The WDW series microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine can perform mechanical property testing and analysis research on various metals, non metals, and composite materials. It is widely used in industries such as aerospace, petrochemicals, machinery manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, wire and cable, textile fibers, plastic rubber, ceramic building materials, food, pharmaceutical packaging, metal materials, construction engineering, as well as higher education institutions, research institutes, technical supervision, quality inspection stations, etc; According to standards such as GB, ISO, ASTM, JIS, DIN, various high and low temperature tests can be conducted, including tensile, compression, bending, peeling, shear, tear, puncture, burst, and various other tests. 2、 Mechanical structure
Single column machine structure:
Three light bars are used to fix the upper crossbeam and workbench. The transmission loading system adopts a fully digital servo motor and driver, which drives a high-precision, gapless screw to move the middle crossbeam up and down through a precision transmission system to transfer the load. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high rigidity, smooth loading, and good stability performance.

The force value and deformation can be automatically calibrated. After our debugging is completed, if the user feels that the displayed values are inaccurate or the measurement and control parameters have been changed, they only need to click the automatic calibration button, and the system parameters will be restored to the debugging state.
(8) The zero adjustment of the system adopts digital design
Simply operate the mouse to zero two acquisition channels, and the system usually only needs to zero once. Under normal use, the system will automatically return to the true zero point.
(9) Batch data processing and batch report printing window
It is possible to summarize and analyze a batch of similar specimens, compare the measurement and control data, and calculate the average value. The specimens can be summarized and printed in batches. We can customize special test reports for customers. These are just a few representatives in various forms. The test report can also be edited and printed according to user requirements and equipped with relevant processing software (batch processing, control programmer, MaxDoc report processor, MaxXls report processor, etc.)
7、 Quality Assurance:
After the equipment is officially accepted and qualified by the ordering party, it shall be deemed as formal delivery. The equipment warranty period is one year from the official delivery date. During the warranty period, the supplier shall provide timely and free maintenance services for all types of equipment malfunctions. Timely and free replacement of all types of parts damaged by non-human factors. If the equipment malfunctions during use outside the warranty period, the supplier shall promptly provide service to the ordering party and actively assist in completing the repair task.
