This product is easy to carry, has intuitive readings, and can quickly measure the hardness of aluminum alloy materials. Such as aluminum profiles, aluminum sheets, aluminum tubes, etc. Suitable for rapid and non-destructive hardness testing of products on production, sales, or construction sites.
This instrument mainly consists of a header component, upper and lower handles, and a pressure needle component. Its working principle is to press the pressure needle into the surface of the measured object under a certain pressure, and the depth of pressing is inversely proportional to the hardness of the material. The hardness value is directly read on the table through the transmission of the pointer driven by the lever and screw, and can be converted into other hardness values such as Vickers and Rockwell according to the attached table.
