Overview

The library operation program complies with the international standard AACCI 10-16.01 testing method. Compared to traditional bread volume measuring devices that use seed replacement methods, VolScan Profiler 3D digital products not only perform basic volume measurements, but also evaluate further relevant parameters through stereo scanners and automatic calculation functions. The detection information provides on-site testing and can also be used for database comparison and retrieval. No matter the texture of ultra soft bread, the addition of baked products such as nuts and fruits to enhance flavor or nutrition, or the crispy and flaky skin, non-contact measurement methods provide you with a more elastic and widely applicable information.
