Vibrating wire type steel bar dynamometerIt is usually buried in various types of building foundations, piles, underground continuous walls, tunnel linings, bridges, slopes, docks, shipyards, gates and other concrete projects, as well as in safety monitoring of deep foundation pit excavation, to measure the steel stress inside the concrete, anchoring force of anchor rods, pulling force, etc. This product can add identity recognition function according to the actual needs of customers, making it easy to find the original instrument code when disconnected.

Widely used for stress monitoring of structures such as slope anti sliding piles, foundation pit support piles, internal forces of tunnel steel bars, and internal forces of water gate bottom plates.

CXR-1012The model can meet the needs of large-scale measurement. And it can synchronously measure the temperature of the pre embedded points, with a temperature measurement accuracy of up to 0.1 ℃. Installing supporting accessories can form an anchor rod dynamometer.

Installation and Usage

1Select test points according to structural requirements

2Install the stress gauge parallel to the stress direction of the structure.

3Installation method: First connect the connecting rod to the steel bar gauge, then select the main reinforcement monitoring point, and cut the corresponding length of steel bar (steel bar gauge length+100mm) on the monitoring main reinforcement. Replace it with a pre prepared steel bar gauge (steel bar gauge+connector) and weld it.
